Report Bullying
ANTI-BULLYING INFORMATION
The Camden City Board of Education prohibits the bullying, harassment or intimidation of any student. Students can report an incident of bullying, harassment or intimidation by clicking on the Bullying Complaint Report Form below. Once the form is completed, you may submit the form to your Principal or any other appropriate District/School Administrator by clicking the Print or Email button on the form.
Any student who witnesses an act of bullying, harassment or intimidation should complete the Bullying Witness Statement Form below. This form can be printed and submitted to the Principal/Building Administrator or emailed to the Camden City Public Schools Special Investigative Unit.
Employees and/or Volunteers are required to report any allegation of bullying within 24 hours of the alleged incident. This can be done by using the Bullying Employee Volunteer Reporting Form below. This form can be printed or emailed.
